He is also president of Max Goldberg & Associates (MGA), a consultancy specializing in strategic marketing and alliances, and whose clients include the major studios.
Prior to forming MGA, Goldberg spent 7 years with The Walt Disney Company, where he was Vice President Integrated Marketing for the Disney Internet Group and oversaw national and account specific promotions for Buena Vista Home Entertainment. Before joining Disney, he served as Vice President, Corporate Sponsorship and Promotion for Universal Studios Hollywood and Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Ice Capades.
